Trip to Sri Lanka

Countries like Sri Lanka are really different compared to Australia. I saw that, though Sri Lanka is a really poor country, everyone is still happy and welcoming. I realised how excited and happy the people became when they received Qurban meat.

After we setup a location where everyone could line up and get their Qurban package, we started visiting the neighbourhood and donating meat to needy households.

It was a really good feeling to donate meat to someone in person, because I could see how genuinely happy and thankful they were.

The trip was a really good experience filled with memories we will all take with us into the future.
